Make A Silver Ring Workshop for 2 - 5 people

This is a private workshop session for 2 - 5 people with me, Islay Spalding. It includes all the materials and tools needed to make a textured silver ring in one of three styles - medium ring, wide ring, or a set of three skinny stacking rings.

The 2.5 - 3 hour workshop is suitable for beginners and includes an introduction to basic sawing, filing and hammer texturing techniques. You will use these skills to make your own silver ring (or rings!) that is uniquely yours and can be treasured forever.

- You must be 16 years old or above to attend.
- Spaces are limited to five participants to ensure each person has full access to all tools and equipment necessary.
- Please bring glasses if you need them for close up work and wear workshop appropriate clothes (no open toe shoes or particularly loose clothing).

Workshops can be arranged during the day or in the evening, weekdays or weekends. Please get in touch if you want to arrange a date before booking.

Cancellations Policy: Islay Spalding Contemporary Jewellery Designs reserves the right to cancel your workshop due to unexpected circumstances. If we cancel your workshop, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. If you cancel more than two weeks prior to the start of the course, the workshop fee will be refunded minus a £20 administration charge. If you cancel your place less than two weeks before the start of the course, your fees will not normally be refundable, unless in exceptional circumstances where we may offer a full or partial refund or alternative date.
